All three bedrooms have their own private spacious verandas where one can enjoy a drink or a meal and take in as much as possible Greek summer. Two of the verandas face towards the sea and command nice views of both the garden and the endless sea. The third veranda is at the back of the villa and faces the gorgeous garden and green surroundings. From all three verandas to the sea and the beach is just few metres walk.

Calmea Seafront Residence is surrounded by beautiful nature and takes price in its garden. Our garden contains different types of native plants including trees, flowers and other plants and is an ongoing project. Our garden is a gem that highlights the beauty of the Mediterrean nature, is harmony with the seaside location of the villa and totally adds to our guests experience of the Greek summer.

Calmea Seafront Residence is privileged to have access to a beach adjacent to the property. The beach is gorgeous and adds to the sense of peace and tranquillity that characterises our guests stay in the Villa. The beach offers endless opportunities for activities and relaxation. From Calmea Paros Villa one can enjoy the Aegean Sea at its best and cherish views of the deep blue and the neighbouring island of Antiparos.

The bedroom has a double bed with comfortable mattress, air conditioning, large wardrobe, sheets, towels, vanity mirror, bedside tables and a balcony overlooking the sea.

The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped. There is a refrigerator, stove, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, coffee maker for coffee capsules, plates, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils and a dining table with 6 chairs.

The living space includes a large sofa, 2 armchairs, flat screen TV and gorgeous fireplace. It has three large windows and is full of natural light. From the living space, one has direct access to the large terrace on the front of the villa, where there is a 6-seater outdoor dining area.
