Our policies under the the flexible rate:
Payment policy:
In order to secure your reservation a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival. If later, within the 14 day period, then 50% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of earlier departure (prior to the scheduled date), the total amount of the remaining days will be charged.
In case of non-show or late arrival, the whole amount (100%) of the agreed stay will be charged.

Our policies under the non-refundable rate:
Please note that for reservations under the non refundable rate, a full prepayment is required and the prepayment is NON-REFUNDABLE in case of cancelation or modification.

Upon your arrival at Calmea Seafront, one of our partners will be there for you to welcome you, to give you your key and some useful information for our residence and the surroundings to help you to begin your stay more enjoyable.

During your stay with us, we will remain at your complete disposal so, please feel free to contact us in case of need at the following telephone number +30 698 368 2980 (SMS/iMessage or Whats App). We will be happy to assist!

Our property offers a fully equipped kitchen in case you wish to prepare either proper meals or just breakfast. However, we kindly remind you that during your stay we can provide daily maid service which includes kitchen cleaning, only upon request in advance, with extra charge.

Our rates do not include breakfast, meals or groceries. However, if you wish to take the advantage of prepared meals by chefs or local cookers notify us in advance and we will send you some contacts.

For all your inquiries regarding our area of Kampos, you are always welcome to contact us by email at info@calmeaseafront.com or by phone at +30 698 368 2980 (SMS/iMessage or Whats App). Furthermore, upon your arrival, one of our partners will be there to welcome you and provide you useful information about the area of Kampos and the "musts" of our beautiful island of Paros. We can provide useful links & suggestions for vehicle rentals, sea sports, sea activities, restaurants & tavernas, locations & beaches, cruises and excursions, archaeological or natural interests close to our property or around Paros and Antiparos. So, please feel free to ask us for your personal top interests: the more we know about your personal interests we can provide specific information and save you from spending valuable time! We will be happy to assist!

For your convenience, we can organize your transfer services from the port or the airport, through an external partner. The driver will be awaiting for you at the port / airport upon your arrival. Should you wish us to proceed with this arrangement, it is necessary to inform us of your exact way and time of your travelling schedule (flight/ferry company, flight number/ferry name) at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

The cleaning of our residence prior to your arrival or after your departure is free of charge. However, if you require daily maid service during your stay, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Our property offers one open car park with shade and enough open space for more than two cars.
